Poison noir is a picture and also a perfume. A smell in both cases that takes me into the intimate and nostalgic world of memory, bestowing on me the extract given off by the greeny black waters of the swamp; the green scum of the algae with the dark mud of the pool, the greasy shore and the backwater, the revitalizing emulsion it binds together.
