SMELL OF CARNIVAL
A cardboard box full of confetti and a spray can. A dark room that turns into a confetti room. A magic trick for Méliès. A homemade artifact that is a readymade craftsman. For Brossa, Carnival was the origin of the theatre and life pure transformation. ‘Art is life and life, transformation,’ as Frègoli said. Spread Carnival to expand art and freedom.
