In this work by Markus Oehlen there is a face that manages to incarnate beauty and serenity through fragile psychedelic forms, forming a suggestive and mysterious face.

The complex treatment that Oehlen gives his works suggests to us that the artist has the capacity to modify all of the images, replacing reality with a complex representation composed of superposed layers, as if they were mechanical processes interleaved by painterly blotches treated in a classical manner.

Is this the function of perfume? Does it replace our reality? Does it change us?
