Autumn Exhibitions
As of September 8, Olor de vinya d’Alella. colección olorVISUAL/Nasevo (Smell of Alella Vines. colección olorVISUAL/Nasevo) celebrates a marriage between a selection of works from the collection and the creations of the artistic alter ego of Ernesto Ventós. This exhibition can be seen at Can Manyé, Alella, until October 9.
On October 20 we inaugurate Reproductibilitat 2.0. colección olorVISUAL at Es Baluard. Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Palma de Mallorca. A selection of video artworks from the collection, the show will be open until January 22, 2017.
Finally, on October 27 we will move to Alicante, where the Museo de la Universidad is hosting Hipocamps, a joint exhibition of some 50 works from colección olorVISUAL and the Ars Citerior collection. These two unique collections enter into dialogue, because they have a common nexus: the capacity of art to awaken the collector’s olfactory memory. The exhibition will run until January 8.
